Description of the Production Line
Pre-Punching & Cutting Unit
This cold roll forming machine is fitted with a high-precision servo pre-punching station for automatic fixed-position hole processing before material forming. The punching die is made of wear-resistant alloy steel with high hardness, delivering stable punching force, clean cut edges and precise hole positioning with tiny dimensional deviation. The whole punching process runs synchronously with material feeding, requiring no manual intervention. It effectively avoids hole displacement caused by post-forming extrusion deformation, greatly boosting the uniformity of finished workpieces and simplifying later installation, connection and assembly procedures for various metal profiles.
Roll Forming Machine
The forming section adopts multi-group progressive cold roll forming stands to gradually bend and shape strip materials through continuous gradual rolling. Each forming roller undergoes fine CNC machining and surface quenching treatment, featuring high precision, wear resistance and smooth surface to prevent scratches or indentations on raw materials. Reasonable pass design effectively relieves internal material stress, keeping finished profiles free from bending, twisting or warping. It supports stable continuous high-speed production, guarantees consistent cross-section dimensions for every batch of products, and can be adjusted flexibly to produce different specifications of metal profiles.

Most main machine frames adopt nude packing, fixed on steel base with anti-rust film and waterproof tarpaulin wrapped.
Precision spare parts, electrical control cabinets and forming rollers are packed in fumigation-free plywood cases to avoid collision and moisture damage.
Large heavy components are secured with steel frame packaging for long-distance sea transportation, preventing deformation during transit.
After Sales Service
Installation, Maintenance and Operator Training
1- The warranty period for the trouble-free normal operation of the Equipment shall be 12 months commencing from the date of equipment commissioning, with a maximum validity period of 15 months calculated from the issuance date of the shipping documents or warehouse receipt.
2- The Seller shall not provide warranty coverage for consumable and wearing components, including but not limited to molds, punches, pins, cutting blades and other vulnerable spare parts.
3- In the event of force majeure, installation, commissioning and technical training services for the Buyer's technicians shall be conducted online. Should an on-site visit by the Seller's technical personnel be required, all relevant expenses including service labor fees, insurance premiums, round-trip airfares, local transportation, accommodation and catering charges, as well as Chinese-English or local language interpretation fees shall be borne solely by the Buyer.
4- Operator training provided to the Buyer at the Seller's manufacturing workshop shall be complimentary.
5- No free-of-charge repair service shall be provided even within the warranty period under the following circumstances:
5.1- Equipment damage arising from natural disasters and force majeure events.
5.2- Malfunctions caused by improper operation or human error on the Buyer's side.
5.3- Faults resulting from unauthorized modification, alteration or refitting of the Equipment.
5.4- Failures incurred from secondary relocation, disassembly or transportation of the Equipment after the completion of on-site installation.

- What is your equipment warranty period?
- Our equipment enjoys a 12-month warranty starting from the commissioning date, which shall not exceed 15 months from the date of shipping documents or warehouse receipt. Consumable wearing parts are excluded from warranty coverage.
- Are wearing spare parts covered under warranty?
- No. Vulnerable consumable parts such as dies, punches, pins and cutting blades are subject to regular wear during production, so they are not included in the warranty scope.
- Will you provide on-site installation and technical training service?
- We offer free operator training in our factory workshop. In case of force majeure, installation, commissioning and technician training will be carried out online. If our engineers need to visit your site, all travel, accommodation, labor and interpretation fees shall be borne by your side.
- Can I get free maintenance within the warranty period in all cases?
- Free repair service is unavailable for damage caused by natural disasters, improper operation, unauthorized equipment modification, or secondary relocation and transportation after installation.
- Is factory training for equipment operators chargeable?
